Overview
As part of a complete end-of-line packaging system for Technocim’s production facility in Bulgaria, InduQuip International supplied key modular equipment for pallet stabilization and protection. The solution included automated topsheet application, designed to integrate seamlessly into a high-capacity packaging line processing up to 68 pallets per hour secured with horizontal and vertical strapping modules.
Engineered for the demanding requirements of the concrete products industry, the supplied equipment contributes to reliable load securing, consistent packaging quality and continuous automated operation.
The Solution
InduQuip International supplied a high-performance topsheet dispenser together designed for easy integration into automated conveyor systems and centralized line control.
The topsheet dispenser automatically detects pallet height and positions the protective film with precision, ensuring consistent coverage across varying load dimensions. Downstream, strapping modules secure each pallet with horizontal and vertical PET straps, providing the load stability required for the safe transport and storage of heavy concrete products.
Built for continuous industrial operation, the equipment features robust steel construction, precision motion systems and industrial-grade automation components to ensure long service life and dependable performance.
Engineering Advantages
The equipment is fully compatible with Siemens PLC-based automation, allowing straightforward integration into larger packaging systems while supporting automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating modes.
Project Outcome
By integrating InduQuip International’s modular packaging equipment into the complete end-of-line solution, Technocim benefited from improved packaging efficiency, reliable pallet stabilization and consistent product protection. The automated modules reduced manual intervention, increased process reliability and supported continuous high-volume production, helping create a robust and efficient packaging operation.
