Modular stretch wrappers
InduWrapper 2201 Modular is fully automatic pallet wrapper with rotating arm. The pallet is transported inside the circle using a low roller conveyor. The pallet remains static during the wrapping process. InduWrapper 2201 Modular features a "Powered" pre-stretch unit. This makes it possible to stretch the film by up to 300% (1 metre becomes over 4 metres) with minimum neckdown (a response where the film becomes narrower when pulled).

InduWrapper 2201 Modular features standard cutting and sealing unit. Thanks to many years of experience, we know that several modular applications are in high demand. Therefore to guarantee the most efficient solutions, InduQuip offers a number of ‘plug and play’ systems under the 'InduWrapper 2201 Modular' label. The modular line is available in 2 versions: a fork-lift truck version (HT version) and a pallet truck version (PT version). To ensure dust-free wrapping, the line can also be supplied with a top-sheet dispenser (TS 1500). The most commonly requested versions have been addressed. Other versions are available upon request.
InduWrapper 2201 Modular 1 is a wrapping line with an engine-driven roller conveyor. The pallet moves automatically towards the wrapper and is automatically transported to the collection point after wrapping. Another pallet can then be placed. The wrapped pallet can then be taken from the collection point and the next pallet can automatically move towards the rotating-arm wrapper. InduWrapper 2201 Modular features a “Powered” pre-stretch-unit. This makes it possible to stretch the film by up to 300% (1 metre becomes over 4 metres) with minimum neckdown (a response where the film becomes narrower when pulled). This makes it possible to reduce packaging costs by up to 40%.
