Sheet dispenser Cut'n Grip

Cut’n Grip offers fully automated packaging process and more fluent production line. Extremely easy to use and to manipulate, machine integrates into the control of new or existing palletising lines. The sheets are cut directly from the roll and can be placed automatically or manually in between different products on the pallet. The cutting can be set on the wanted dimensions using the control panel.

Installation

Cut'n Grip sheet dispenser is delivered as an assembly package. It is easy to install and requires little maintenance. We recommend to keep some wearing parts in stock for maximum uptime.

Safety devices must be installed and commissioned in accordance with the international CE directives by the time the roll-to-sheet cutting machine is started at the latest.

The Cut'n Grip is intended for integration into customer-specific automation systems and can adapt to customer’s project. Sheet dispenser can be delivered with and without PLC. InduqQuip regularly works with Siemens.

Custom offers

You can ship to us a roll of your product which we will test at our premises with Cut N’ Grip sheet dispenser. Based on the results our team will offer the right configuration that works best with your product.  The standard version of the Cut'n Grip can optionally be adapted to your specific workspace and/or situation. For instance, the table length and height can be adjusted according to your desire. An execution in stainless steel or galvanized is possible on request. In addition the machine can be sprayed in any desired RAL colour.
