To protect wrapped pallet loads from dust during warehousing and storage, a top sheet can be automatically applied. In addition, the top sheet provides an effective safeguard against unintended removal of products from the pallet.

Installed upstream of the pallet wrapper, the Top Sheet Dispenser places the sheet precisely on top of the load while the pallet remains in motion. The top sheet is prepared to a fixed length alongside the roller conveyor, then lifted and rotated 90° over the conveyor by a pneumatic arm. As the pallet passes through, the sheet is positioned accurately without stopping the line. This off-line preparation and in-motion application eliminate any impact on system throughput and require no additional space in front of the pallet wrapper, making the solution ideal for high-capacity OEM packaging lines.
