To protect pallet loads from moisture ingress from above, a rainwater-proof top sheet can be automatically applied. The Top Sheet Dispenser can also be configured for dust-tight protection, depending on application requirements. The sheet is pressed directly onto the pallet load, ensuring secure positioning—especially critical in environments with strong airflow or open conveyor layouts.

The Top Sheet Dispenser is installed directly above the turntable or rotary-arm wrapper, enabling a compact and fully integrated system design. The top sheet is applied laterally onto the pallet load. For moisture protection, the wrapper briefly pauses midway through the wrapping cycle to insert the top sheet, after which wrapping resumes without impacting throughput.
For dust-tight applications, the top sheet is applied prior to the start of the wrapping cycle, allowing the film to fully seal the load. This flexible sequencing allows OEMs to adapt the system to a wide range of protection requirements without additional equipment or line complexity.
